Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Developer Portal with 5–15 years of experience to design and develop contemporary developer platforms and AI-powered developer experiences. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, cloud-native technologies, API development, and AI/GenAI platforms .

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and user-friendly developer portals using TypeScript and React .
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI .
- Design and implement secure and scalable REST APIs using industry-standard API design principles.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth .
- Develop and maintain enterprise Developer Portals using Backstage .
- Build reusable UI components and maintain Design Systems .
- Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI capabilities into developer platforms.
- Work with Agentic AI technologies and AI-powered developer experiences.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP .
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform .
- Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, platform engineering, AI/ML, DevOps,



and security teams.
- Drive improvements in AI Developer Experience (DX) , developer productivity, platform usability, and engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience
- 5–15 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development with React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI.
- Experience building developer platforms, portals, or internal developer tools .
- Strong understanding of cloud-native development, APIs, containers, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, and MCP technologies.
- Experience working in Agile and enterprise engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Backstage platform development and customization .
- Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems .
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into developer platforms.
- Strong understanding of developer productivity and AI-powered Developer Experience (DX) .
- Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
