Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain large-scale, cloud-native applications with expertise across contemporary frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices Architecture, along with proven experience operating scalable applications in production environments.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications while collaborating with Product, Platform, Architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js,



and TypeScript.
- Build responsive and high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Architect and implement distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and optimize data solutions using MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade banking applications.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, testing, CI/CD, and observability practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications running in cloud-native environments.
- Champion automation across development, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
