Company Description SysCloud is a Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform providing the capability within a single pane of glass to backup mission critical SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Slack, and Salesforce. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of solutions like backup, data recovery, ransomware protection, compliance alerts, and eDiscovery search.

SysCloud is expanding its AI SaaS Data Protection Platform that helps standardize, validate, and manage backup, export, restore, and lifecycle operations across a growing set of SaaS applications in our multi-cloud Data-Protection-as-a-Service ecosystem.

We are looking for two Full Stack Engineers to join this initiative and work closely with a senior engineering lead to scale the platform’s frontend, backend services, data models, and integration capabilities.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable, configuration-driven systems that support SaaS application onboarding, operational workflows, review processes, validation pipelines, and monitoring dashboards.

Who We're Looking For

Junior Full Stack Engineer – 1–3 Years

We are looking for engineers with strong development fundamentals who are eager to build production-grade SaaS applications and grow across the full stack.

You should have

- 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Good hands-on experience with React, including hooks and component-based development.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good debugging, problem-solving,



and coding fundamentals.
- Basic exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Robust willingness to learn and work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers.

Senior Full Stack Engineer – 3–5+ YearsWe are looking for experienced full stack engineers who can independently own features and contribute to architectural and technical decisions. In addition to the above, you should have:
- 3–5+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Experience with schema design, data modeling, and Data Access Layer patterns.
- Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to independently own feature development across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Strong debugging, testing, code review, and production-readiness discipline.
- Experience working with scalable SaaS or cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale SysCloud's AI-powered workflow automation platform for SaaS data protection.
- Develop React-based interfaces for workflow configuration, visualization, approvals, operational controls, and monitoring.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs supporting workflow execution, validation, integrations, and operational pipelines.
- Build and maintain data models for SaaS configurations, backup metadata, restore workflows, and platform operations.
- Integrate with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365,



Salesforce, Slack, Box, and others.
- Extend platform capabilities across backup, export, restore, lifecycle operations, and data validation.
- Write clean, maintainable, tested, production-grade code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and production-readiness reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers across platform, data, and product teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation, implementation notes, and operational runbooks.

Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience or exposure to any of the following would be an advantage:
- AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, and SQS
- CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
- Infrastructure as Code
- Event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing
- CQRS
- Large-scale or performance-sensitive data systems
- SaaS administration or SaaS integrations
- Backup, data protection, disaster recovery, or cloud security
- SCIM, SSO, Okta, or Microsoft Entra

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
