Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Full Stack Engineer who can build scalable applications, integrations, and automation solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and API integrations. Candidates who leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve productivity will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and internal platforms.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
- Develop robust back-end services, APIs, and microservices.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
- Develop event-driven workflows, webhooks, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Experience & Skills
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Java,JavaScript/TypeScript.Micro service Architecture,
- Strong experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Solid backend development experience using Node.js or Python.




- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Webhooks, API integrations, and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

AI-Native Development (Preferred)
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude
- Cursor
- Codex
- Similar AI-powered development tools
- Exposure to AI Agents, Workflow Automation, and Generative AI applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven development workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong focus on user experience and application usability.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and innovation-driven environment.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- Electronics & Communication
- Or a related technical discipline

Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with AI Agents and Automation Platforms.
- Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to SaaS integrations such as Salesforce, SAP, Keka, Zoho, or similar enterprise platforms.
