See your work go live.At MultipliersKraft, we build AI-native products for growing businesses — including PALBON, our Business Operating System; Nucleus, our HRMS platform with the Magnetix learning layer; MILE, our AI-powered learning enabler; and MILEdge, our career acceleration community.

We’re a small, hands-on team where engineers work closely with the product, customers, and Tech Lead. You won’t just be assigned tickets — you’ll help build features end to end, from database design to the user interface.

What you’ll work on• Build and ship features across the MERN stack and Python services

- Design MongoDB schemas, indexing and efficient queries
- Build and integrate REST APIs and external systems
- Write clean, tested and maintainable code
- Debug production issues and identify root causes
- Work on AI/LLM integrations and prompt design
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Document the systems and features you build

What we’re looking for• 4–5 years building production web applications

- Strong JavaScript fundamentals with React and Node.js/Express
- Hands-on MongoDB experience, including schema design and indexing




- Working knowledge of Python (Django/FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot)
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication and authorization
- Comfortable with Git, branching and pull requests
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or a related field

Good to haveExperience with

- AI / LLM integrations
- Docker, CI/CD and AWS/Azure/GCP
- Jest, Pytest, JUnit or similar testing frameworks
- TypeScript
- ERP, HRMS or LMS products
- Open-source contributions or meaningful personal projects
