We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer – Web, LMS & System Integrations to join our technology team and support the development, integration, and maintenance of the organization's digital platforms.

The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining institutional websites, web applications, LMS integrations, student and faculty portals, APIs, databases, dashboards, and third-party system integrations .

The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development capabilities, practical experience with system integrations, and the ability to translate academic and administrative requirements into reliable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Full Stack Web Development

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain responsive web applications and digital platforms.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components using appropriate contemporary technologies.
- Build user-friendly interfaces for students, faculty, administrators, and internal teams.
- Develop new features, modules, forms, dashboards, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and functionality-related issues.

1. LMS & EdTech Integrations

- Integrate and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) with institutional websites, student portals, ERP, CRM, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and system-to-system integrations .
- Facilitate synchronization of relevant student, faculty, course, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and academic data between systems.
- Troubleshoot API, authentication, data synchronization, and integration issues.
- Work with academic and administrative teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
- Support implementation and integration of new EdTech platforms and digital tools.

1. Website Development & Management

- Develop and maintain institutional websites, programme pages, landing pages, enquiry forms, admissions pages, and other web properties.
- Implement website updates, new functionality, integrations, and content-related technical changes.
- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, SEO-friendly, and optimized for speed and performance.
- Integrate website forms and enquiry journeys with CRM, admissions, communication, analytics, and other systems.
- Monitor website functionality and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Support CMS-based platforms such as WordPress or similar systems , where applicable.

1. Student, Faculty & Administrative Systems

- Develop and maintain web-based portals and applications for students, faculty, admissions, HR, finance, and management.
- Implement role-based access and permissions for different user groups.
- Support functionality such as student registration, course information, attendance, assessments, document submission, reporting, and other academic/administrative processes.
- Develop internal tools to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

1. CRM, Admissions & Third-Party Integrations

- Integrate admissions/enquiry forms with CRM and other relevant systems.




- Support integration with payment gateways and online registration/payment processes.
- Integrate third-party services and platforms through APIs.
- Support email, SMS, WhatsApp, communication, analytics, and other relevant integrations where required.
- Ensure data flows accurately between connected platforms.

1. Database & Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain databases and data structures.
- Develop backend services, APIs, business logic, and database-driven applications.
- Write efficient SQL queries and support database performance optimization.
- Implement appropriate data validation, access controls, backup, and security practices.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across integrated systems.

1. Dashboards, Reporting & Automation

- Develop dashboards and reports for management and operational teams.
- Integrate data from different systems to support reporting and decision-making.
- Automate repetitive academic and administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and technology.
- Support development of data-driven solutions for Admissions, Academics, HR, Finance, and Operations.

1. Authentication, Security & Access Management

- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Manage role-based access for students, faculty, administrators, and other users.
- Work with technologies such as JWT, OAuth, SSO , or equivalent authentication mechanisms where required.
- Follow appropriate web application, API, and database security practices.
- Identify and address potential security and data protection risks.

1. Deployment & Technical Maintenance

- Support application deployment and production releases.
- Work with Git/version control and standard development workflows.
- Support hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and basic server/application configuration.
- Monitor application availability and performance.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation for applications, APIs, integrations, and system configurations.

Key Deliverables The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain and enhance institutional websites and web applications.
- Maintain and improve LMS and EdTech integrations.
- Develop and maintain APIs and third-party integrations.
- Support student, faculty, admissions, and administrative portals.
- Ensure reliable synchronization of data between systems.
- Develop dashboards and management reporting tools.
- Automate manual academic and administrative processes.
- Maintain website and application performance, security, and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues.
- Support new digital products, platforms, and technology initiatives.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern web development.




- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js .
- Strong back-end development experience using technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET , or another suitable technology.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, and third-party integrations .
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server , or equivalent.
- Experience with Git/version control .
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and role-based access.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and basic web security.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

Education / EdTech Experience – Preferred Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage:

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering , or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development.
- Experience developing and deploying web applications.
- Practical experience with APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Experience in EdTech, education, LMS, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or similar environments will be preferred.
