Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer to build, enhance, and own internal enterprise products that are already live and used daily. This is a hands-on full-stack product engineering role involving solution design, development, testing, integrations, data, AI capabilities, and production deployment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of features from an incomplete brief through to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up items from a live product backlog, design solutions, develop, test, and deploy them.
- Build across the full stack, including backend services, data models, integrations, APIs, and React interfaces.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from documents, spreadsheets, exports, and APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise business platforms.
- Develop and consume APIs while handling authentication, failures, rate limits, and data validation.
- Apply AI/LLM capabilities where they provide measurable value.
- Build automated tests and ensure production-ready quality.
- Contribute to product priorities, technical decisions, and solution architecture.
- Take ownership of product/platform areas and continuously improve them.

Technical Skills Required





- 8+ years of commercial experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript experience across frontend and backend.
- Strong Node.js experience with API design, authentication, validation, and error handling.
- Hands-on React experience with modern patterns, hooks, state management, and data fetching.
- Strong relational database knowledge including SQL, schema design, transactions, indexing, and migrations.
- Experience with JSON, XML, XPath, spreadsheets, and document parsing.
- Experience building and running cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Practical experience with LLMs/AI, including prompt design, structured outputs, validation, cost, and latency considerations.
- Strong automated testing and Git/version-control practices.

Highly Preferred

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform knowledge.
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Enterprise integration and middleware experience.
- Document intelligence, information extraction, or NLP.
- Reporting and analytics platforms.
- Professional services or consulting experience.

Ideal Candidate A senior engineer who has owned products or platform areas end-to-end, can work independently from incomplete requirements, communicates technical decisions clearly, and takes responsibility for delivering production-ready solutions. Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
