My Sathi Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of frontend and backend development and should be capable of developing, maintaining, and improving web and application-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web and application solutions.
- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Design and integrate REST APIs.
- Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Test applications and fix bugs before deployment.
- Participate in application deployment and maintenance.
- Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned development tasks and deliver them within timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js / React Native.
- Good knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Valuable understanding of Git and version control.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mobile application development.
- Knowledge of Firebase or cloud services.
- Experience with API integration and third-party services.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
Qualification & Experience
- BCA with 4+ years of relevant experience, or
- B.Tech with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience working on complete software development projects will be preferred.
