Job Overview

K12 Hunar is looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer Intern to work on live software-development projects, including our website, sales CRM, hiring portal, project-management CRM, employee dashboards, and internal workflow systems. This is an unpaid remote internship for an initial period of three months. Interns who successfully complete this period and demonstrate strong technical ability, consistency, ownership, and teamwork may be offered a paid extension with a monthly stipend of ₹20,000–₹50,000.

Exceptional performers may subsequently be considered for a full-time position, depending on performance and organizational requirements. The selected intern will work closely with our UI/UX and management teams. Access to professional AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor Pro, will be provided wherever required.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications
- Build sales CRM, hiring portal, and project-management systems
- Develop employee dashboards and backend workflow systems
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces
- Create and integrate APIs, databases, and authentication systems
- Implement role-based access for employees and administrators
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Test, improve, and optimize application performance
- Maintain clear technical documentation
- Collaborate with the UI/UX, research, and management teams
- Provide regular progress updates and meet assigned deadlines
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Practical understanding of frontend and backend development
- Ability to build functional web applications




- Understanding of databases, APIs, authentication, and user roles
- Ability to convert designs into responsive web pages
- Basic knowledge of Git, deployment, testing, and debugging
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability
- Good communication and team-coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or completed projects are strongly preferred
