About the Role

HL Tech India Private Limited is looking for a MERN Stack Developer Intern who has practical, hands-on experience in web development and is ready to work on real-world projects.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the MERN Stack, be comfortable writing and debugging code, and have experience building projects using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

This is an immediate hiring opportunity, so candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and data management.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to project development.
- Work on real-world client and internal projects under the guidance of senior developers.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.




- Understanding of database concepts.
- Positive problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to understand existing code and work on ongoing projects.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.

Good to Have
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with JWT authentication and authorization.
- Experience working with third-party APIs.
- Basic understanding of deployment and hosting.
- Experience working on live or academic projects using the MERN Stack.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / CS or candidates with relevant technical skills.
- Candidates with hands-on project experience in MERN Stack are preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and personal/academic projects can apply.
- Candidates who are available for immediate joining are preferred.

Internship Details Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Work Mode: On-site

Location: Indrapuri, Bhopal
