Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that support Dancewala’s training and client management activities on a large scale.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating data sources, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable systems. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, and support ongoing enhancements and bug fixes. This is a contract role with possibility of conversion and promotion into a full time role.

Job Summary

Required Skills

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Understanding and implementation of front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, or .NET.
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Support back-end development and API integration.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.




- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Learn and implement new technologies as required by projects.
- Test applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in distributed, cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Personal or academic projects demonstrating full-stack development skills.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
