Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) to design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-based, AI-enabled applications.

- The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience along with hands-on exposure to integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and intelligent automation into contemporary applications.

- This role is focused on building applications powered by AI, rather than developing or training AI/ML models from scratch. The developer will work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready applications.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.

- Build backend services, APIs, and application logic using Node.js, Express.js, and/or Nest.js.

- Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party and enterprise services.

- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI APIs into web and enterprise applications.

- Build AI-enabled features such as intelligent search, conversational interfaces, document processing, summarization, classification, information extraction, recommendations, and workflow automation.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data, documents, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

- Implement prompt management, AI workflow orchestration, structured outputs, validation, and appropriate guardrails for AI-generated content.

- Design and optimize data models using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL.

- Develop secure authentication, authorization, role-based access, and API security.

- Build reusable application components, services, integrations, and development frameworks.

- Optimize application performance, scalability,



reliability, security, and AI service utilization.

- Implement application and AI workflow logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability.

- Develop unit, integration, API, and automated tests to ensure application quality.

- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and development standards.

- Support CI/CD, Docker/containerization, and AWS/GCP cloud deployments.

- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and AI/ML teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into applications.

Qualifications:

- Around 5 or more years of professional Full Stack/Application Development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Strong frontend development experience with React.js.

- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and microservices.

- Strong experience with MongoDB and exposure to relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

- Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI/LLM APIs into applications.

- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases/vector search.

- Experience developing AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces, intelligent search, document processing, or workflow automation.

- Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, and modern software development practices.

- Good understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure API development.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently take ownership of features from design through production deployment.

- Experience with Nest.js, GraphQL, Angular, Ruby on Rails, Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies is a plus.
