About the Role

Clixxo is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to develop, enhance and maintain web applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, MySQL and Sequelize, and should be comfortable working on existing enterprise applications as well as developing new features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and reusable frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build backend services, business logic, authentication and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, develop and optimize MySQL databases, queries, relationships and transactions.
- Work with Sequelize ORM for models, associations, migrations and database operations.
- Work with MongoDB where required.
- Develop and enhance ERP, CRM, LMS, Inventory, Billing and Telecom applications.
- Integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs and services.
- Work with Git and maintain existing production codebases.
- Deploy and manage applications on Linux/VPS and hosting environments.
- Work with PM2, Nginx/Apache, SSL, DNS and domains.
- Troubleshoot frontend, backend, database, server and deployment-related issues.
- Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews and performance optimization.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, asynchronous programming, Promises and async/await.




- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong practical knowledge of MySQL and SQL.
- Experience with Sequelize ORM and relational database design.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, RBAC and API security.
- Hands-on experience with Git.
- Practical knowledge of Linux servers and application deployment.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

- ERP, CRM, HRMS, Inventory, LMS, Billing or Telecom applications
- PM2, Nginx/Apache, SSL, DNS and VPS administration
- Docker and CI/CD
- AWS, Azure or GCP
- Dashboards, reporting and role/permission systems
- Application performance optimization and production debugging

Technical Expectations The developer should be capable of taking a feature through the complete development cycle: Requirement Analysis → Database Design → API Development → React Implementation → Testing → Deployment → Production Support The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of features and resolving issues across the complete application stack.
