We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer who can develop, maintain, and optimize both web and mobile applications while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and mobile applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, Next.js, React Native and modern frameworks.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Architect applications as loosely coupled microservices with clearly defined service boundaries.
- Containerize each microservice independently using Docker and manage environments with Docker Compose.
- Design inter-service communication — synchronous (REST/gRPC) and asynchronous (SQS/RabbitMQ).
- Scale individual microservices independently based on load without impacting other services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and per-service deployment.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP).
- Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases with proper schemas, indexing, and migration strategies.




- Implement Redis caching layers for query results, sessions, and rate limiting.
- Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across all layers.
- Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure code quality by following industry best practices and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong experience in React.js, Next.js, React Native.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Python, and FastAPI.**
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript across frontend and backend codebases.
- Robust knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Proficient with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, Redis, and SQL/NoSQL ORMs.
- Hands-on with Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of cloud and system performance architecture for high-traffic, highavailability production systems.*
- Experience building multi-role applications with RBAC across admin, client, and user portals.
- Familiarity with Nginx as a reverse proxy, SSL terminator, and load balancer.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
