Nex Gen Media is looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Front Office Receptionist who can manage day-to-day front office operations and ensure a professional experience for employees, visitors, candidates, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception and front desk area
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors
Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries
Coordinate interview candidates and meeting schedules
Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation
Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and deliveries
Coordinate with internal team members for meetings and office requirements
Assist with basic administrative and office management tasks
Ensure the reception and common areas remain organised and professional
Support HR and management with day-to-day coordination when required
What We’re Looking For
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Professional and presentable personality
Polite, confident, and comfortable interacting with different people
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Valuable organisational and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently
Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude

Graduates / 12th Pass candidates with strong communication skills can apply
Candidates based in Pune or willing to commute to Pimple Saudagar preferred
Salary
₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA , depending on communication skills, experience, and interview performance.
