We're hiring: Front Office Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to run reception and front office operations at our corporate office in Indiranagar. You are the first point of contact for everyone who walks in or calls, and the person who keeps the front office welcoming, organised and efficient.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist guests, visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, so the first impression is always a good one
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and route them to the right person
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments and meeting schedules
- Prepare, update and maintain MIS reports and other administrative documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to keep communication and workflow moving
- Keep the reception area and office premises clean, organised and well maintained
- Support HR and Admin with document filing, record maintenance and employee coordination
What we're looking for
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0 to 3 years in a front office, reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable, with a customer-service mindset
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Good to have
- Experience in a corporate office environment
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders efficiently
