Job Responsibilities: -

A Front Office Associate cum Marketing Manager (Male/Female) is a hybrid role responsible for managing the front desk operations while simultaneously driving marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation. This role is highly common in hospitality, Sales/marketing, and Sports-based industries.

· Greeting clients, visitors, and students in a professional manner.

· Handling incoming calls, emails, and directing them to the appropriate department.

· Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable.

· Managing appointments, courier services, and filing documents.

· Identifying, generating, and following up on sales leads to increase customer base.

· Managing company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram) and implementing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM).





· Executing marketing activities, conducting market research, and coordinating exhibitions or promotional events.

· Engaging with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and securing repeat business

Experience – Mini two Years

Salary – upto 20k per month
