A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) in a jewellery shop welcomes visitors, manages the front desk, and connects clients with the right sales staff to ensure a smooth luxury retail experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Welcome: Greet every visitor warmly at the entrance with a polite and professional attitude.Needs Assessment: Ask basic questions to understand what the guest is looking for (such as gold, diamond, or wedding sets).Floor Coordination: Guide or introduce the guest to an available and qualified sales executive.Feedback and Support: Monitor customer comfort, offer refreshments, and handle initial feedback or inquiries.Database Management: Maintain visitor logs, track footfall, and note basic client contact details for follow-ups.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
