Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Bloom in Gurugram. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other teams, and maintaining accurate guest records.
The Front Office
Associate assists with reservations, provides information about hotel services and local attractions,
and responds to guest requests and concerns in a professional manner. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized reception area, following standard operating procedures, and supporting overall guest satisfaction and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle Check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties capabilities, including managing calls, messages, and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems (training can be provided).
- Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service industry certification is a plus.
