Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our on-site sales team. This role will be pivotal in managing and enhancing the experience of walking clients visiting our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in real estate or hospitality, with a passion for delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet prospective clients visiting our real estate projects in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide personalized tours of model homes, showrooms, and amenities, highlighting key features and advantages.

- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.

- Answer inquiries about property features, pricing, financing options, and community amenities.

- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and forms during the initial stages of the sales process.

- Maintain a neat and presentable sales environment,



ensuring all marketing materials and displays are up-to-date.

- Follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to nurture leads and encourage further interest.

- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or sales, preferably in real estate or hospitality.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
