Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati

Pleasant and professional personality

Good customer/student handling skills





Working knowledge of MS Excel

Good organisational and multitasking skills

Good telephone etiquette

Skilled email and Whats App communication

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Good time-management and follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–3 years in Front Desk, Reception, Administration, Customer Service or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Experience in an education consultancy, educational institute, corporate office, hospitality or service industry will be an advantage.

Candidate should be comfortable interacting with students, parents and visitors.

Should be proactive, punctual and responsible.
