Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift role for a US process, based in Rajarhat. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, emails, or chat support for US-based clients, following standardized scripts and process guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating databases or CRM systems, and adhering to performance metrics such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction. The role also requires following night shift schedules, complying with data security and confidentiality policies,



and collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve issues. Selected candidates will receive training on process requirements, communication standards, and tools used in daily operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to engage professionally with US-based clients.

- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and data entry or CRM tools.

- Candidates should possess customer service skills such as active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a courteous, patient demeanor.

- Candidates should possess the ability to work night shifts consistently, manage time effectively, and maintain focus during extended hours.

- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, follow process guidelines, and adapt to feedback and performance targets.

- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply).

- Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or US process roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
