Compensation & Benefits

● Fixed Base CTC: ₹2,53,200 Per Annum

● Annual Performance Bonus: Up to ₹1,00,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will take ownership of candidate sourcing, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle operations alongside senior team members:

1.

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with senior recruiters to understand tech stacks,

job profiles, and client hiring criteria.

2.

Talent Sourcing: Identify potential US-based tech candidates using job boards (Dice,

Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media, and internal referral networks.

3.

Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidate technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, and willingness to relocate/work on client terms.

4.

Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate-client interviews, prep candidates for interviews, and deliver structured feedback.

5.

Database & Tracker Management:



Maintain up-to-date candidate records, interaction histories, and recruitment statuses in standard recruitment trackers/ATS.

6.

Market Compliance & Trends: Learn US hiring compliance, work authorization types

(US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT/CPT, C2C/W2), and market rate dynamics.

7.

Brand Representation: Serve as a professional representative of Creatigrity

Technologies when communicating with global talent.

Eligibility & Candidate Requirements

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business,

Computer Science, or General Arts/Science).

● Experience: Freshers (2023/2024/2025 graduates) or professionals with up to 1 year of recruitment/sales/calling experience.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;

comfortable speaking with US-based individuals.

● Shift Readiness: Absolute flexibility to work standard US night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:30

AM IST).

● Location Readiness: Willingness to commute daily to Whitefield, Bengaluru (On-site work).

● Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with online search tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and

MS Office (Excel, Word).
