Role & responsibilities:

Graphic Designer (Fresher):

- Design social media posts, stories, posters, banners and ads for client businesses (boutiques, bakeries, retail shops and more).

- Create brand assets such as logos, business cards, brochures and flyers.

- Adapt designs to different formats (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, print) while keeping the brand consistent.

- Work with the digital marketing team on creatives for campaigns and festive offers.

- Edit and retouch product photos for websites and e-commerce listings.

- Revise designs based on client and team feedback within deadlines.

- Organize and maintain design files and brand assets for each client.

UI/UX Designer (Fresher):

- Design user-friendly layouts for business websites, e-commerce stores and landing pages.

- Create wireframes, mockups and clickable prototypes in Figma.

- Understand client requirements and turn them into simple, clean page designs.

- Design for mobile and desktop screens, making sure layouts are responsive.





- Work closely with developers to hand off designs and check that the final website matches the design.

- Improve existing client websites based on user feedback and usability best practices.

- Maintain consistent styles, colors and components across projects.

Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher):

- Create and manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile) for client businesses.

- Plan and schedule regular posts, reels and stories using a content calendar.

- Write captions, hashtags and short ad copy for posts and campaigns.

- Assist with on-page SEO for client websites (keywords, meta titles, descriptions).

- Run and monitor basic paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google under guidance.

- Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare easy monthly reports.

- Respond to comments and messages on client pages when required.
