Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST Mon to Fri (Sat-Sun fixed off)

This is a nightshift, office-based role. Candidates must be comfortable working from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST. Transport is provided only between Andheri Station and the office.
About the Role
Infinite Computing Systems is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Global Talent Acquisition team as Trainee Recruiters – US Staffing .
Key Responsibilities
- Understand US Staffing and the US IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and understand candidate skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate information in internal systems.
- Learn about US work authorizations such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, EAD, L1 and TN .
- Understand common US staffing terms such as W2, C2C, 1099 and CTH .
- Communicate with candidates professionally and build strong candidate relationships.
- Work closely with Recruiters, Account Managers, Leads,
and Managers to meet hiring requirements.
- Learn Boolean search techniques and effective sourcing strategies.
