We are Hiring Fresher -Mechanical Engineer for Vadodara.

The Engineer will play a key role in inspection planning, call coordination, and project communication, ensuring seamless execution between clients, inspectors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience - Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Fresher or one year of experience in project coordination, inspection coordination, QA/QC support, or engineering services - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (MIS, trackers, reporting) - Ability to manage multiple inspection activities in a energetic environment

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule daily inspection calls for projects across multiple locations
- Liaise with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders for inspection planning
- Track inspection status and ensure timely execution
- Prepare and maintain MIS, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
- Support project documentation, inspection records, and compliance data
- Ensure effective communication for smooth project delivery
