Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Fresher with CA, CMA, or ACCA qualification. The role involves supporting senior team members in accounting, audit, and financial analysis activities, including preparation of financial statements, working papers, and management reports. A typical day includes assisting in data collection and reconciliation, performing basic compliance checks, and contributing to documentation for clients’ statutory and internal requirements.
The fresher will also help in preparing presentations, maintaining accurate records,
and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality client service. The role offers exposure to diverse assignments and a structured learning environment to build a strong foundation in professional practice.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost and Management Accountant), or ACCA, completed or in final stages
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic client needs.
- Internship or article-ship experience in audit, accounting, or consulting firms must have been completed.
