About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Fresher Backend Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building reliable, scalable, and secure backend applications.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career developers who have strong programming fundamentals and are interested in developing APIs, working with databases, and building real-world software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Build API integrations with frontend applications, third-party services, and internal systems.
- Write SQL queries and work with relational databases.
- Design and maintain basic database structures and data models.
- Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug applications and assist in resolving backend issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Follow software development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills





- Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, Node.js, or a similar backend language.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and backend development concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and basic software development principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

- Basic experience with Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of basic CI/CD and deployment concepts.
- Exposure to microservices or distributed systems.
- Knowledge of caching, message queues, or asynchronous processing.
- Academic, internship, or personal projects involving backend development.
