Experience: 1+ year in US Freight Brokerage

Location: Mohali

Shift: US Shift | 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Source and negotiate with carriers
- Book and manage loads
- Handle shipper & carrier communication
- Track shipments from pickup to delivery
- Negotiate rates and maintain profitable margins
- Build strong carrier/customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
