We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in Gurugram.

Position: Freight Broker – US Logistics

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Shift: US Shift

Work Mode: On-Site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US freight brokerage operations
- Source and negotiate with carriers
- Build and maintain strong shipper & carrier relationships
- Book and manage loads from pickup to delivery
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
- Work with DAT, Truckstop, TMS and other logistics platforms
- Negotiate rates and maintain profitable margins

Requirements:
- Prior experience in US Freight Brokerage / US Logistics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of US trucking and freight markets
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven workplace
- Hands-on experience with load boards is preferred
