- Freelance / Part-Time recruitment assignment 100% Work From Home / Remote Success-Fee / Closure-Based commercial model PAN-India mandates across industries and functions
- Ongoing assignments based on performance and closures
- Suitable for independent recruiters and boutique recruitment consultants KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, databases, referrals and networks Execute headhunting, talent mapping and candidate identification
- Screen for role fit, skills, location, notice period and compensation
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers and joining
- Maintain candidate pipeline through successful closure
- Deliver relevant candidates within agreed timelines
- 4-5+ years of hands-on recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Proven candidate sourcing, screening,



headhunting and closure capability Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and sourcing tools
- Experience in one or more industries, functions or geographies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates
