Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Greater Noida for a Freelance Trainer specializing in Communication and Soft Skills for one of our partner and a Prestigious University. The trainer will design and deliver 8 interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for learners from varied backgrounds, focusing on effective communication, interpersonal skills, and qualified behavior over a period of 2 months. The trainings shall be conducted for an hour on a Saturday spread across 8 such sessions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and curricula, customizing content to audience needs, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, and assessing participant progress through activities, feedback, and evaluations. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align training objectives with program goals,



maintaining training records, and suggesting improvements to enhance participant outcomes. The trainer is expected to manage schedules independently, ensure high engagement during sessions, and uphold the organization’s values of inclusion and respect.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written expression and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Training and Curriculum Development skills to design, structure, and deliver effective learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for developing training content, handouts, and participant resources.
- Candidates should possess Intercultural Communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups and promote inclusive learning environments.
- Relevant experience as a soft skills or communication trainer, facilitator, or educator, preferably in nonprofit or educational settings.
- Ability to engage participants through interactive methods, such as role-plays, group discussions, and experiential learning.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training batches or projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences) or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams and community partners.

Commercials: 2500-3000/- per session.
