- Source, screen and recruit suitable candidates for available job opportunities.
- Generate successful candidate joinings.
- Refer candidates to purchase the Career Starter Pack and earn referral income.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment activity through the company's CRM.
- Track leads, candidate status, joinings and performance.
- Work towards monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the HR support team whenever required.
- Participate in training and use the recruitment resources provided by the company.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
