Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter in Coimbatore who has hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring CNC and VMC Operators for manufacturing and engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for CNC Operator, VMC Operator, CNC Setter/Operator, CNC Machine Operator and related positions.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, job portals, references and local candidate networks for sourcing.
- Screen candidates based on experience, machine type, controller knowledge, drawings and technical skills.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience,



preferably in manufacturing/engineering recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring CNC/VMC Operators is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Coimbatore manufacturing and engineering candidate market.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines.
