We are looking for an experienced Freelance MEP Engineer to work with us on USA Residential Projects .

Work Mode: Freelance / Remote

Engagement: Long-Term Collaboration

? Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP design and construction/permit drawings for USA residential projects.

• Handle Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design and drafting.

- Develop accurate and detailed drawings as per project requirements.

• Ensure drawings comply with applicable US Building Codes, standards, and local jurisdiction requirements .

- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans.
- Review drawings and incorporate project/client comments.
- Support permit drawing submissions and documentation where required.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience working on USA residential MEP projects .

• Robust knowledge of US building codes and local jurisdiction requirements .





• Experience in one or more MEP disciplines — Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing .

• Proficiency in Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD .

- Ability to independently handle projects and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of construction and permit drawing requirements.
