Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance Investor Relations & Family Office Connector. The professional in this role will identify, engage, and nurture relationships with family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors that align with Ananya Research’s research-driven philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach, presenting the firm’s capabilities, and facilitating interactions between potential investors and the research/advisory team.

The role involves understanding investor needs, sharing relevant research insights (without providing unauthorized investment advice), and coordinating meetings, calls, and ongoing communication.



The connector will maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities, collaborate on investor-focused materials, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards in all engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong Investor Relations skills, including relationship-building, stakeholder management, and professional networking with family offices and sophisticated investors.

- Sound understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to interpret research insights and discuss market themes in a transparent, compliant manner.

- Robust Analytical Skills to assess investor profiles, align them with suitable research offerings, and identify mutually beneficial engagement opportunities.

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial concepts clearly and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.

- Prior experience working with family offices, wealth management firms, investment boutiques, or capital markets participants is highly beneficial.

- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and ethical standards in research, distribution, and investor communication is an advantage.

- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, freelance/contract setting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, NISM) are a plus.
