Freelance IT Recruiter – Domestic Hiring

We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Recruiter / Domestic Recruiter to support our ongoing IT hiring requirements in India. The ideal candidate should have a strong sourcing network and proven experience in identifying and screening qualified technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through offer coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels
- Work on technical positions such as Software Developers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, and other IT roles
- Identify both active and passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, availability, and fit
- Share qualified profiles with screening notes and relevant candidate details
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, candidate availability, hiring challenges, and market trends




- Work closely with our team to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment in India
- Solid sourcing and candidate-networking capabilities
- Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies and skill sets
- Good understanding of the Indian IT hiring market
- Strong communication and candidate-management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
- Previous experience as a freelance recruiter / contract recruiter is preferred

This is a freelance/contract opportunity with potential for ongoing recruitment assignments based on performance and hiring requirements.
