Role Description This is a part-time, in office Freelance Architect role based in Kheri.

The Freelance

Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and plans, and supporting design development for residential, interior, and institutional projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the core team, coordinating with consultants, reviewing project requirements, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations and standards. The role also involves supporting project documentation, assisting in site visits,



and aligning designs with client expectations and budget considerations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to use relevant architectural software, integrate design tools, and support digital workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field, with prior experience in residential or interior projects considered an advantage.
