About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance BDE / College Admission Counsellor to work remotely. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, providing appropriate college/course information, and converting qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate and follow up with prospective student leads.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, preferred courses, and college preferences.
- Provide accurate information regarding colleges, courses, eligibility, fees, admission process, and available options.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable admission opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the internal admission team for documentation and admission processing.
- Achieve assigned lead-conversion and admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and internet applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Sales, counselling, telecalling, or education-sector experience will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations The BDE/Counsellor is expected to:

- Meet assigned conversion/admission targets.
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, responsible, and student-friendly, with the ability to communicate effectively with both students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
