We are seeking a Frappe/Python Developer with 3+ years of experience to develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext-based business applications. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in the Frappe Framework, ERPNext customization, API integrations, workflow automation, and Python-based backend development The role involves working closely with product, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver scalable solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing and enterprise operations

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Develop and maintain custom applications using Frappe Framework
- Customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements
- Create custom DocTypes, Scripts, Reports, Print Formats, Workspaces and Dashboards
- Design and implement complex workflows and approval processes

Backend Development

- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python
- Build integrations with third-party applications, SAP, MES, WMS, Tally, barcode systems and external platforms
- Optimize database queries and server-side performance

ERPNext Customization

- Configure and extend ERPNext Manufacturing, Quality, Stock, Purchase, Sales and CRM modules
- Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards
- Implement role-based access controls and security policies

Integration & Automation

- Integrate ERPNext with external systems through APIs, webhooks and middleware
- Automate business processes using server scripts and scheduled jobs
- Support barcode and QR code-based warehouse and manufacturing processes

Deployment & Support

- Participate in application deployment and upgrades
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain code repositories and deployment pipelines

Required Skills





- 3-4 years of experience in Python development
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext
- Strong understanding of:

- Exposure to GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Validation Documentation
- Experience with Power BI, Metabase or ERPNext Dashboards
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
