Eko Bharat Ventures is looking for State Franchise Development Managers to drive the expansion of SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) outlets across assigned territories.
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the franchise / Kiosk Operator pipeline
- Identify, qualify and onboard suitable franchise partners
- Assess potential sites, catchment areas and customer footfall
- Drive end-to-end outlet setup and launch
- Coordinate onboarding, KYC, due diligence and compliance processes
- Work closely with SBI stakeholders for approvals and CSP go-live
- Handhold recent outlets and support early-stage performance
- Build relationships with local partners and entrepreneurs
- Monitor outlet activity, compliance and income growth
? Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–8+ years of experience in Franchise Development / Dealer Management / Channel Development
- Experience in industries such as QSR, diagnostic chains, fuel retail, gas agencies, automobile dealerships, agricultural equipment, consumer durables, telecom or organised retail
- Proven experience in opening and managing multiple outlets
- Strong field-sales / territory-management experience
- Comfortable handling sourcing, due diligence, agreements, setup and launch
- Experience working with women entrepreneurs / rural or semi-urban ecosystems is an advantage
