Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Business Developer to drive franchise expansion, identify potential franchise partners, and support the company’s growth across new markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop potential franchise partners and investors.
- Generate franchise leads through networking, market research, references, and business development activities.
- Manage the complete franchise acquisition process from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Evaluate franchise opportunities based on location, investment potential, and business feasibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise setup, documentation, and launch.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and expansion opportunities.




- Support franchise partners during the onboarding and initial business setup.
- Track franchise sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and business targets.
- Prepare regular reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Retail Expansion.
- Experience in jewellery, diamond, luxury retail, fashion, or premium brands will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of franchise business models and partner acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Target-oriented with good business acumen.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and market visits.
