The FP&A; Manager will Partner closely with our Sales and business teams and turn financial data into actionable commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Partner closely with our Sales and business teams and turn financial data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Lead FP&A;, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Partner with Sales & business leaders to understand pipeline, conversion, revenue and growth opportunities.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support rapid-paced business decisions.
- Analyse sales pipeline, revenue, margins and business trends.
- Build financial models, dashboards and management reporting.
- Identify risks,



opportunities and actions to improve growth and profitability.
- All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

4–? years in Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Business Finance with Strong understanding of Sales / commercial pipeline and performance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel / Power BI capabilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high-volume ad-hoc analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
- Working Conditions: With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;

- Regular computer usage.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
- Travel, as required.
