Role Overview:

OGS India is seeking a Lead with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Business Analyst/FP&A; Role:

- Extract Data / Information from Client Data base (based on salesforce SWOP). Organise, Analyse, clean, tabulate that Data into excel files.
- Extract information from the main data source by brand, office, local and global and SOW.

- Deal with the GBLs to get the information about the country allocations for the revenue by brand, scope and office. Update the data file “Brand Sheet”, compare current data with previous scenarios data.
- Create the Brand Sheet with data from Client (SWOP) with the detail of SOW,



brand, Global/Local, etc. this has to be done approximately 6 times in a Year.
- Transfer revenue date from Brand Sheets into the revenue master file.
- Collect local and Global data from the countries and update master data sheets. Need to be in contact directly with all the agencies in OMC working for UL. Check that all figures match with the rest of the files.
- Create all the files with revenue information to be shared with all offices, both local and global, by brand. Excel and PDF.
- Create excel files to share with the offices the brand sheets with the details for the office of revenue by brand and scope.
- Extract and analyze all the billing matrix information in the client data files. Match with the rest of the files. Update the billing matrix.
- Extract data from client data sources (based on salesforce SWOP) for the bonus data. By brand, category and local and global. Approximately twice a year (Nov/Dec and Mar/Apr)
- Manage and create excel files to analyze, check, and double check, all bonus information from the client. Create files to check with GBLs and share with the offices.
- Manage and create excel files for the final bonus allocation and true up, by brand, scope, office and local and global.
- Create excel files with all the data extracted to present the summary figures by brand, country, category, segment/practice area, global and Local, office, etc. to Top Management.
- All these previous files need to have proper comparisons with previous year and precious quarters differences. Analysis to be performed. Explanation on big variances to be done.
- Create ppt presentations with those data produced and analyzed.
- Create excel files for the recent year rate cards, both for the asset pricing and for the Tiered rate card.
- Make the calculations and excels for updating the inflation adjustments by country. Communicate every country with the new updated rate cards.
- Make, retrieve and analyze working capital info,



mainly related to old WIP and Overdue collections from offices to prepare reports and share with the client and the OMC internal organization. Retrieve, analyse and consolidate client profitability information by brand and by local and global.
- Manage and review Offline SWOP scoping tool.
- Prepare and manage ISAM file analysis.
- Prepare adhoc reports from OMC UL management team.
- Create Power BI dashboard for OMC UL Management with all UL data.
- Ideally create an app with the dashboard information.

Billing Role:

- Collaborate and review with Agency teams in billing clients for all billable charges, using budget schedules to determine invoice amounts for fee or hard costs.
- Create billing adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that clients have been properly billed based on specific agency requirements.
- Submit vendor invoices into AP system for payment.
- Ensure that charges have been approved.
- Respond to client and internal staff inquiries regarding billing, invoices, expense reports and other financial matters.
- Prepare weekly meetings with account teams on project journal reports to ensure project accuracy.
- Review and collect aged receivables and assist with cash application when necessary.
- Review, code, and approve all billable vendor invoices and employee expenses according to Client and Agency policies.
- Monitor & reconcile aged WIP and system generated revenue in accordance with US GAAP.
- Provide commentary on AR and WC monthly reports.
- Manage client setup process in Finance system.
- Create quotes, project codes, and assist with billable PO’s.
- Support account teams with client audits.
- Confirm Pay with Pay (PWP) invoice matching within SAP Vantage when necessary.
- Assist financial management with other projects or assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 6-8 years of experience in business FP&A; Operations and Billing.
- Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
- Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
