Can you build an education business from zero?

Otomatiks is looking for a Founding Program Director who can take an early-stage vision and convert it into a structured, revenue-generating and scalable business vertical.

This is not a conventional teaching, academic coordinator or administrative position.

We are looking for a self-driven business builder who can independently own:

- Product and program development
- Market research and validation
- Revenue, admissions and profitability
- Curriculum and outcome architecture
- Team recruitment and performance
- Mentor and strategic partner development
- Customer experience and operations
- Systems, technology and scalability The Founder will provide the vision and strategic direction. The selected leader must convert that vision into a market-ready product, a capable team, measurable outcomes and commercial results—with limited supervision.

Preferred profile

- 8+ years of relevant experience




- Proven experience launching a program, product or business vertical
- Demonstrated revenue and budget ownership
- Robust team and stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to education, entrepreneurship, experiential learning, incubation or youth development
- Ability to work independently and take complete accountability
