Investing Co-Founder Opportunity
We’re looking for one L&D; Founding Partner who is also willing to invest and build with us.
GrowthYari is building a talent development + placement platform around one core belief:
Young people don't need more certificates. They need capability, proof, credibility and access to opportunity.
We call this Career Capital:

Our model
Build capability → create proof → build credibility → connect with employers → get hired.
We’re starting with Sales & GTM, through a combination of Career Accelerator + live projects + community + trainers + employer network + placement.
We already have a 900+ learner community, have run workshops and career conversations, and have spent significant time understanding this problem directly with learners.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on L&D; / education / employability / talent development experience
- Has designed and executed structured learning programs
- Understands how students/young professionals develop real-world capability
- Can help build our curriculum, assessment and trainer ecosystem
- Wants to build from 0 → 1, not just advise
- Is willing to invest up to ₹10L and explore a long-term founding role
This is not a passive investor or advisor role.
We're looking for someone who has actually built and executed learning programs.
You should ideally have experience with:
- Program / curriculum design
- Cohort-based learning
- Trainer/facilitator development
- Student or young-professional development
- Assessment / capability building
- Employer-facing talent development
- College / institutional ecosystem
