About the Role

This is a founder's office role focused on execution, alignment, and solving high-priority problems across the company. You will work closely with the founders and gain firsthand exposure to how decisions are made, how teams are built, and how a company grows.

If you have led a college competition team, you already understand the heart of this role: bringing together people from different disciplines, keeping everyone aligned under tight timelines, managing sponsors and resources, and delivering when it matters most. Here, you will apply that same leadership at the scale of a company.

What You Will Do

→ Drive alignment across teams: Work with engineering, design, and business teams to track progress, identify and resolve blockers, and ensure everyone is moving toward the same goals.

→ Support hiring and team building: Help plan hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and bring in people who will shape the company's future.

→ Assist with investor relations and fundraising: Prepare pitch decks, investor updates, and data rooms, and participate in investor conversations alongside the founders.

→ Contribute to business development: Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships that support the company's growth.

→ Own critical initiatives: Take charge of important projects that do not sit within a single function, from planning through to delivery.

→ Enable better decisions: Gather information, options, and present clear recommendations to the founders.

Who We Are Looking For





→ A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field

→ Experience as a captain, team lead, or subsystem head in college engineering competitions such as Formula Bharat, Formula Student, Robocon, SAE BAJA, SUPRA, Go-Kart, or similar

→ A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under pressure

→ Strong communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with engineers, designers, partners, and investors

→ Clear, structured thinking and the ability to execute quickly

→ Comfort with ambiguity and a natural sense of ownership

Good to Have

→ Experience managing sponsorships, budgets, or vendor relationships for your team

→ Exposure to project management tools or methods (timelines, Gantt charts, design reviews)

→ Internship or work experience in a startup environment
