Role Description The Founder's Office role at StarCent is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves working directly with the founders on strategic initiatives, including market research, business planning, and tracking key metrics across functions.

Daily responsibilities include preparing presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective follow-through on the founders’ priorities. The individual will help streamline operations, support decision-making through data-driven insights, and manage special projects that drive growth and operational excellence.



The role also includes ownership of communication flows, meeting preparation, and follow-up to maintain alignment with the founders’ vision.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, reports, and executive-level documentation.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or operations-focused roles is highly beneficial.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, project management software) and a strong interest in marketing and technology.
