WorkWearPro is a third-generation Mumbai uniform manufacturer, making uniforms since 1997.
The role
You'll work directly with the Director to build and launch a medical brand. This is an execution role: turning decisions into action, owning the loose ends, and pushing back when you think we're wrong.
What you'll do
- Drive launch projects end to end, across product, suppliers, sales and brand.
- Build and manage a small team as the business grows.
- Keep the numbers sharp and help make decisions with them.
- Send a clear weekly update on progress, blockers and decisions needed.
You're a fit if you have
- 2–5 years in a founder's office, startup operations,
or consulting followed by an operating role.
- A track record of shipping things, not just planning them.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and clear writing.
- Comfort working hands-on across the factory floor, supplier meetings and customer visits.
- Apparel, D2C or healthcare experience is a plus.
