Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Founder's Associate (Marketing and Operations). The person in this role will work directly with the founder on strategic marketing initiatives, including market research, positioning projects, content execution, and demand generation campaigns.

They will help design and implement growth systems, build and refine operational processes, and coordinate cross-functional workflows across client projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing founder briefs and reports, managing project timelines, organizing internal documentation,



and supporting client communication and delivery. The role also involves experimenting with AI-driven tools, optimizing internal workflows, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve both marketing performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing and growth skills, including strategic thinking, demand generation, and familiarity with SaaS go-to-market concepts.
- Experience with content and communication, such as copywriting, editing, and creating clear presentations or client-facing materials.
- Operational excellence skills, including project management, process design, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Comfort with data and tools, including basic analytics, experimentation, and using AI-driven or automation tools to streamline work.
- Ability to work closely with founders and leadership, demonstrating ownership mindset, reliability, and strong judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in startups, SaaS, consulting, or marketing is preferred but not strictly required; high learning agility is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
